What is Unemployment?


In simple words Unemployment means unavailability of JOBS or employment for the citizens of the country. 
  • Unemployment is a great problem for Indians. 
  • In the population of India approximately 130 Crore  there is about 67 percent unemployed.
  •  Among these, 33 percent skilled youths are jobless and how many unskilled no one knows.
  • According to the PEW RESEARCH CENTRE,
  • There are about 186 Lakh Indians who have no job(2018-19).And 3937 Lakh are doing the jobs in very poor conditions.
